Amberly Caballero is the Founder and CEO of Elevated Kids, a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming the way young children and their families are supported and empowered. Elevated Kids specializes in early Autism diagnosis and immediate access to a naturalistic, play-based model of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) known as Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI), designed specifically for toddlers and young children during the most critical window of development.

As the clinical leader and visionary behind Elevated Kids, Amberly guides the organization’s direction while providing ongoing training, mentorship, and support to multidisciplinary clinical teams across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and North Carolina. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over two decades of experience serving children diagnosed with Autism and their families.

Throughout her career, Amberly has been deeply committed to early identification and the timely initiation of evidence-based, developmentally responsive intervention. She holds a Master’s Degree in Science of Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University and has pursued extensive post-graduate training to deepen her clinical impact. This includes certification in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) from Widener University, post-baccalaureate premedical training at Drexel University College of Medicine, advanced training in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions, including Project ImPACT, and specialized diagnostic training at the Center for Autism Research at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. There, she received clinical certification in the ADOS-2, equipping her to support accurate and timely Autism diagnoses that open doors to essential early intervention services without delay.

Recognizing a profound gap in developmentally appropriate, family-centered care for young children diagnosed with Autism, Amberly founded Elevated Kids in 2018 with a clear purpose: to deliver the highest quality, most effective, and most compassionate evidence-based care available. Today, her work is focused on advancing the understanding, dissemination, and implementation of NDBI and neurodiversity-affirming practices through research, advisory board membership, applied clinical systems, organizational leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence for the families served.
