NDBI and neurodiversity-affirming approach to care
We specialize in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI), an evidence-based model recognized as best practice for young children diagnosed with Autism. Grounded in both behavioral and developmental science, NDBI supports meaningful growth across communication, social engagement, play, and emotional development, while placing parent coaching at the heart of the intervention.

Amberly Caballero, Founder and CEO of Elevated Kids
As the executive and organizational leader and visionary behind Elevated Kids, Amberly guides the organization’s direction while providing ongoing training, mentorship, and support to multidisciplinary clinical teams across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and North Carolina. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over two decades of experience serving children diagnosed with Autism and their families.
